This workshop requires us to choose the correct Region because not all Regions have the same number of services, a service may run in one Region but it is unlikely that it will run in another Region. In addition, in this workshop we will use AWS CloudShell instead of AWS Cloud9. The biggest advantage is that CloudShell automatically uses the permissions of the currently logged-in IAM User, so we no longer need to create an additional IAM Role for an EC2 Instance like in the old configuration. You only need to create an IAM User with basic administrative permissions to start practicing safely and quickly.
